Touch The World understands that your job as a youth leader is valuable and requires a lot of time to devote to your young people. You should not have to take time away from your kids in order to plan a mission/outreach, especially when there is someone else who can do it all for you! Our camp is designed for youth groups, creating an atmosphere for evangelism, growth and nurturing without the hassle of planning. We can customize each trip to suit the needs of your group including training, meals and ministry opportunities.

What does Touch The World provide for you and your group?

We want to offer you the best mission experience with God that you can imagine and we desire to see the lives of your teens transformed, changed from “apathy to energy”. Therefore, we do our best to supply and equip you with everything you will need for a great trip. Each trip includes:

  1. •Ministry sites that have been fully researched, where God is at work and there is a genuine need.

  2. •Ministry opportunities and/or work projects including all materials.

  3. •Meals and accommodation.

  4. •Ground transportation if required.

  5. •Air transportation if necessary.

  6. •Training relevant to your location (Drama, puppets, evangelism & cultural).

  7. •Leadership Training Course for your Team Leaders.

  8. •Debrief Programme & Day Off Activity.











 

Attention Youth Workers

Head Leaders (21 years +)

As a TTW Team Leader you will be provided with leadership material and pre-camp leadership training at Auchincruive. You will experience personal growth in your leadership and your relationship with Christ while making an eternal impact on the lives of your team members and people around the world. The best way to lead is by example and you will gain your team’s respect by demonstrating Christ-like qualities. You will be responsible for the overall management of the team. Along with Assistant Leaders, you will not only ensure the team’s safety but also productive ministry and team unity.

Assistant Leaders (18 years +)

The Assistant Leaders play a key role on each mission, helping to facilitate life-changing experiences for every Team Member and assisting Team Leaders with the details of running the group. Serving as an Assistant Leader is a valuable opportunity to grow in your own leadership skills and impact the lives of those on your team and those you meet on the mission field.

Volunteers

Volunteers are the heartbeat of our organisation. Without the help and assistance of many people giving up time and energy we would not be able to operate Training Camp. Each year dozens of people from all over the UK, Europe and USA help with administration, food, construction, sound, media, security and the general day to day functioning of Camp.
